Warranty & Return Policy
1. One-Year Limited Warranty
Haruhi provides a one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

For pre-orders, the warranty starts from the shipping date.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team for approval. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return & Exchange:
The order number must be clearly written on the package when returning the item.
We offer exchanges or refunds for defective or incorrect products after review.
Returns may be declined if suspected of malicious competitive intent.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers must cover return shipping costs, unless the product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
Note: Unauthorized disassembly voids warranty and after-sales service.
3. Cancelling Pre-Orders
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund as long as the item has not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email [support@yourcompany.com] with your order number in the subject line, using the same email address as your purchase.
4. Our Liability
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
Incorrect Order Received
If we sent the wrong item, we will correct the mistake at no extra cost.
Please send a photo of the incorrect item along with your order number.
Missing Parts or Minor Defects
If parts are missing, send us a photo with your order number, and we will ship replacements.
If the defect does not affect functionality, we may offer a partial refund or discount voucher.
5. Important Notes
Non-Haruhi products are not eligible for returns or warranty service.
